I remind people all the time that I'm not "on" the "psychic" clock 24/7. I say I'm not connected or I'll connect later.
I read a long time ago that psychics died early due to demands on their minds (brain power). I developed a system to be on or off because, as I said when I read that, oh ... hell no ... not me!!
Conserving metaphysical brain power should be like conserving, and not abusing, any power.
Light off: not connected.
Light on: connected.
