Tools, Empowerment, and Self-healing

A long time ago, I wrote a blog about the irrational fear people have regarding the Ouija board and other tools people can use for growth and understanding. There are many things we can use to help educate ourselves about the sciences of the seen and unseen.

However, as I was taught, it's not just the tool but what the person does with it.

For instance, a vehicle is a good tool to take us places, but carelessly used it can cause death and destruction. A gun can be used to kill or save a life. A hammer can help build a house but it can be used as a weapon. We have books and computers that we use to gain knowledge on many subjects. Do we fear an inanimate object or what a person does with it? Do we fear knowledge?

In other words, we can send people into space but we also know how to build a bomb.

If we didn't have truth seekers, using various means to advance our education, we'd still be cave dwellers. Yes, there are some who abuse and misuse knowledge, but we shouldn't punish the ones who want to reach beyond our current awareness using whatever tools God sends us to help in that advancement.

Look at how Jesus was crucified, based on the Bible's teachings of that current religious and science standards, for thinking outside the box. So, before we judge someone for what tool they're using to help us advance our civilizations, make sure we understand what it's purpose truly is.

Jesus understood healing. Can you image where we would be today if we all knew how Jesus healed people? Jesus understood telepathy? He talked to God. Jesus could create something out of nothing. He was teaching his disciples. Jesus was also a tool. But, he was crucified for going against tradition.

He wasn't here to just be our savior but to teach us empowerment. Remember, we don't worship tools. We use them to empower ourselves. To build a better life... a better world. To seek out even better tools. Any judging from God will be based on what we do with that empowerment... not the tool... but by our intent.

Maybe it was meant to be that we didn't learn about self-healing. Or, maybe others have been sent but we keep ignoring them, because we're stuck in the past.

Think about it.

Nature and Climate

I'm not a scientist, but I am a curious questioner. If you are bored and looking for something to do, look into the topic of land sinking.

When "climate change" was accusingly uttered, recently, because of the flooding in New Jersey, I had this strong feeling to look into the causes. As in, it's not just sea levels rising.

Low and behold, it has a lot to do with land sinking due to human consumption of underground water and not just ice caps melting. In fact, it's not only happening, excessively, in New Jersey, but it's all over the world. One of the worse area, based on an article I read, was in Jakarta, Indonesia.

There is an educational article on the Springer website written in 1997 by Sun, Grandstaff, & Shagam, regarding the New Jersey shoreline. It discusses the cause and effect of the increased amount of groundwater usage there, as well as coastal flooding, which is creating land loss and land sinking.

But, here's the thing, we also have many desalination plants worldwide, too. Since that article was written many more desalination plants have been built. We're not just taking water from the land but also the ocean.

Wikipedia: "There are approximately 16,000 operational desalination plants, located across 177 countries, which generate an estimated 95 million m3/day of freshwater."

My point, in all of this, is human consumption of water, due to rising worldwide population, causing more of a balance of nature than we gave credit to before. Land may be sinking but water may not be rising as fast due to more and more desalination plants being built.

It would seem that the increased population may not be as bad as predicted, because it may be holding back the land flooding from occurring, due to predicted rising sea levels. An abundant population? Scientists trying to outsmart nature but nature knows best?

To continue, I live in a state that's surrounded by three sides of water. We are sea level and have flooding due to many reasons. We have a rainy season where a deluge of rain can flood our streets, especially if a cloud decides not to move and just sits there dumping tons of rain. I've experienced this numerous times in living here. And, this phenomenon isn't just at sea level areas. It can be just as detrimental in mountain regions when it occurs.

But, what some "climate changers" aren't taking into consideration, regarding sea level flooding, is storm surges. This type of coastal flooding can occur worldwide and I've experienced this many times, too.

Wikipedia: "A storm surge, storm flood, tidal surge, or storm tide is a coastal flood or tsunami-like phenomenon of rising water commonly associated with low-pressure weather systems, such as cyclones. It is measured as the rise in water level above the normal tidal level, and does not include waves."

There's one particular thing I've learned in my life, if you continue to build in areas that can be expected to flood, to act surprised, when it does, is moronic.

As my husband asked me once: Where's the safest place to live in America? My reply: No where.

Yes, climate does change, but it can also be very consistent. There is nothing new about flooding, tsunamis, earthquakes, wildfires, tornadoes, hurricanes, landslides, ice storms, droughts, etc. What's new is more international media coverage (often from ignorant or bias journalists) and grandstanding politicians.

All we can do is question everything, as well as planning and preparing the best we can. To build anywhere thinking we're going to beat nature, is foolish. Nature often holds the upper hand.

Your Name

I wish more fathers would be as my dad was, then this poem may mean more. It's sad to see the deterioration in fatherhood, even motherhood, but I have hope in the ones that I see who are doing their best. The blog picture is Edgar A. Guest. The poem, Your Name, has been attributed to him. I read it as a young adult and never forgot it.

~ Your Name ~

You got it from your father,
t'was the best he had to give,
And right gladly he bestowed it
It's yours, the while you live.

You may lose the watch he gave you
and another you may claim,
But remember, when you're tempted,
to be careful of his name.

It was fair the day you got it,
and a worthy name to bear,
When he took it from his father
there was no dishonor there.

Through the years he proudly wore it,
to his father he was true,
And that name was clean and spotless when he passed it on to you.

Oh there's much that he has given
that he values not at all,
He has watched you break your playthings in the days when you were small.

You have lost the knife he gave you
and you've scattered many a game,
But you'll never hurt your father
if you're careful with his name.

It is yours to wear forever,
yours to wear the while you live,
Yours, perhaps some distant morn,
another boy to give.

And you'll smile as did your father,
with a smile that all can share,
If a clean name and a good name
you are giving him to wear.

Breaking Through The Darkness

I've counseled people all my life, even as a child, but professionally for over 30 years. I've come to realize that people will only see what's in their heart.

Eventually, I learned the reason why people can be so negative towards others. It's often due to the hate of themselves... feeling out of control... projecting it onto another or others... rejecting more awareness... forcing the truth from their minds.

Makes sense. Light cannot prevail where darkness resides.

It's what happens when we constantly give our power away. It makes it easier to put the blame outside us instead of looking within for a calmer solution to our issues.

I suppose it's why I've kept chipping away... to break through that darkness... hoping the light will start peeking through.

Spirit Attachments

It's not always who you are in this lifetime, but past lives can draw things to you, also. And, those lives can create any form of an emotional attachment from others for numerous reasons. For instance: like, love, resentment or hate.

It can cause an enormous amount of spirit attachment/possession with various types of lifeforms. These lifeforms can cause havoc within our energy (mind/body), including creating our habits (good or bad).

Being a metaphysical teacher, knowing my past lives and current life has stirred up universal energy, I often feel my personal energy looks like this picture. It's a full time job to keep one's energy (thoughts/emotions/programming/health) clear, as well as protected, from these attachments. It can become daunting and discouraging.

Then I think, it could be worse... I could be our beloved Creator with all His monumental trials and tribulations, including endless spirit attachments that He must be drawing to Him. 🤷🏻‍♀️

DNA/Immortality

In March 2011, I had someone "young" write me on You Tube. After responding no, a short explanation why, and sharing my video about transfiguration, to the first request, I got another email with this in it:

"That's not true, even Louise Hay knew people could be immortal, before the researchers found out that we indeed have that DNA abillity. Thought you were an angel and angels don't have judgements about people, even asking such questions, which in case would save my - and others lives. I thought you can go and ask an angel for me but that's okay, another 'spiritualist' out there...I don't blame you, there are many that think the same."

I had no idea where the "immortality" came from, as it wasn't mentioned in the first email but, with the help of guidance, I gave this response:

Immortal is not what you asked. You asked: "can you help me to transfigure my face, I mean to change the way I look, change my DNA on a spiritual level?" As you even said, Louise Hay said we COULD be immortal (key word being could) but let's think about the obstacles, etc.

First, everyone is immortal - when it comes to our souls. You asked about changing your DNA. Your DNA is who you are - in this life - what you chose to be before coming here - along with the influences your soul will produce for you too. You mess with it (the flesh) - which is your choice - you might get more than you bargained for. Anyone that has been in an accident and lost a limb or been brain damaged knows what I mean. You will eventually leave this life, as this human being that you manifested, and then you can change it (spiritual level) by going into another incarnation - another life. No one will stop you on that.

Even so - changing anything (any point of view of collective reasoning) can take time (belief too) - I'm not saying it is not possible but you also have to remember - it is not your thoughts (beliefs) alone - we live in a world of very strong collective thoughts - go up against it some time and you'll see what I mean. When I say collective thought - think of things like science or religion. Very strong collective thought that can beat you down if you try to take their "glory" away from what they are maintaining.

To continue, I am a mortal as you are - we bleed/ we die - even though we are doing much to live longer. Maybe I should say, we cross over into the spirit realm - as we are still alive - we still remember. Immortals as angels (spirits or whatever you wish to call the etheric realm) do not - unless they are closed down in an incarnation - to me that is a form of dying - as you forget who you are. If anyone tells you they are immortal and a physical person - if they can bleed - they can die.

I do not have a judgment - didn't even express one - just telling you what I have learned in over twenty years of mind communication with some very evolved beings - not always of this world - who know of our world and what we are capable of - the same ones that taught me how to read the energy of thought and emotions off of anyone that has a soul. The same things I teach others - with validity and support from them - so I know it's true.

People will only believe what they want to believe or hear. We are taught what we are ready to hear or know. In this moment in time - due to the hate and violence on this planet - we are not allowed to do more due to collective thought of those who promote negativity. Look around - I'm sure you will see all the vices on this planet. Now - add in all the medical professions - the ones we count on for survival or burial - those that have to provide for their necessities - they have prayers too. Guess who answers those prayers? We - the mortals on this planet. So to be an immortal here on this planet means to go against a lot of people (collective thought) that need us to not be immortal for their survival. You see - it's a Catch-22. Damned if you do - dammed if you don't.

Now you mentioned me being able to save people's lives as an angel. Well, that's what my videos are for - to teach you and others how to take better care of yourselves. To learn how to know the truth and not be swayed by those that wish to control with false ideology that only cause pain and hurt when you are defeated by them - that same pain and hurt that causes illness and death. To control even your thoughts - those same thoughts of yours that you will want to manifest immortality in the physical. But I will not do it for you as any parent will do for their child - they teach them to be empowered.

Good luck on your journey - and more power to you - seriously. Hugs and peace...

After I replied, I decided to share this to some of my social-media, metaphysical friends in a note. We had a very agreeable and lengthy discussion about it. It's where I found it today and decided to also share it in my blog.

Also, if interested, here's the video I shared:

Change: Be Careful What You Wish For.

Please bare with me, I know this may be long, but after reading some pros and cons about medicare for all/single payer/insurance health care, from articles and comments on social media, I've come to the conclusion that you can't please everyone, nothing is ever perfect, and ignorance abounds.

But, in my opinion... and this is all my opinion... once we have MFA/SPH (if we do), we wouldn't have the choices we have today. Check and balance is also important. Something I learned in my accounting days. Which is why, good or bad, we have political parties. Choice.

Even with education, we still have school choices (home, private or public). I pay towards public (primary/secondary) education through my real estate taxes, but that doesn't mean I think it's the best education and I shouldn't hold others back from getting a better one, if they choose.

Anyway, as responsible adults, we are required to take care of our health by having health insurance. We're also required to have home and auto insurance, if applicable. Yet, I know some people don't think they should have that either. But, should the government (we the people) pay for that insurance too? Well, some people may think it's a great idea, but is it?

You know that saying... be careful what you wish for? Change isn't always positive or progressive. Most people may not be thinking about the consequences of giving too much power to these government people in charge and, obviously, aren't mature enough to realize how they're trading off their freedom by having another make their choices. Isn't that why most children, eventually, leave home so their parents stop making decisions for them?

So, when did we think it was okay to have the government decide for us... all the time? Do we really need "Big Brother" making all our adult decisions? Well, maybe some do need help. There are exceptions to the rule. But, we do have multiple programs for that too, in many areas, private and government, including medical.

Besides having health insurance, I've also paid into Medicare my entire adult life. But, when it came to retiring, the government laid out my insurance plan and I had to pay more for additional things. However, I still didn't feel that was good enough and decided to get a supplement insurance which helped improve it. Instead of whining, I had the ability to choose a better option for my health. Thank God I had that choice and that I didn't have to count on Medicare only.

As many know, the government doesn't always have the best reputation in getting things done much less paying their bills. Ask people in the medical field. They can attest to this. Some doctors won't take Medicare because of it. One comment from a person stated that the government works to lower the price they pay but even then they don't pay. It's not the first time I've heard or read that over the years. But I've never had a problem with my Medicare supplement insurance plan. At least, not yet.

With insurance companies, if we don't like how they treat us, or what they provide, we can go to another. With a single payer plan, no choices. You get what you get. It might sound great in the beginning, but, over time, decline, in many areas, can and has occured, based on the input that I've read from people in other countries.

In fact, back in the early nineties, on a trip to Germany, a tour guide was talking about their universal health care and said: "If you have money, you can jump ahead in the line." It still seems to be that way today with anything. Universal health care won't stop preferential treatment and I've seen that preferential treatment, in those countries, with the rich or government employees. Do you think it will be any different here? Doubt it.

So, I see a very slippery slope. What next? Government run homeowners or car insurance... as someone thought was a great idea? Or, how about government run plumbing and electrical workers?  No competitive market? You get what you get? Will we still have a need for lawyers after awhile? Will a runaway government controlled country allow lawsuits? Against medical? Against government?

Sometimes, the things that sound good aren't always. Hindsight and all. Yes, I agree that there's good and bad in everything. Wisdom is important in making decisions. And that's why intellectual discussion is vital for positive change. Some of the comments, that I read, weren't factual, intellectual, much less wise. More like adults acting like greedy and petulant children who were still tied to those proverbial apron strings.

And, as I told an acquaintance, many years ago, we have a system that's pretty balanced in our country, if you think about it. It’s a combination of socialism and capitalism. We have to protect that so one side doesn't dominate the other.

Is our healthcare perfect? No!

Is socialized healthcare perfect? No!

Will we always have what we want? No!

Is life always fair? No!

But it's not always the government that may take the sting out of life, it's also great family and friends. Shouldn't we keep a broader circle when it comes to our mental and physical health?

Right or Wrong. Lies or Truth. Evil or Good.

This quote got me thinking, because I've learned that our perception of right and wrong may change over time. And, I feel right and wrong depends on what side of the fence we're on. I know that we have a general consensus of that, only to create order out of chaos.

And, as far as evil, yes there is that too. There are some who are very wicked. But, I wondered if we're on a perpetual cycle of reaping what we sowed? Is someone still holding a past or current life grudge? Did we do something evil to them? Are we paying for it now? We're all in this energy that we call the universe. What past rift, in the universe, did we create or ignore? Yin/Yang?

As far as truth, I understand that truth can be subjective, but I've always believed there is ultimate truth in each moment. Meaning, currently I'm a brunette, but I color my hair. That's a truth that should come off the universe with no shadow of doubt. It's what I call God's truth. It's what I seek when asking for guidance, along with my intellectual and emotional  experiences. It's what I use to guide myself and others.

But like Plato's Allegory of the Cave, guiding someone into a different truth may mean removing their fear first. Without that, it may be difficult for them to see it, because fear, or mistrust, tends to hold people in their old way of thinking. Your truth may seem to be a lie to them. And, if the majority holds onto this lie, it may take more awareness, and more time, to change anything.

Some may accept and some may decline. It is what it is.

Seeing Emotions?

Years ago, I was teaching a student about putting images to emotions. Sometimes, one psychic ability may be blocked and another one may need to be ramped up to get answers. I decided to share this in order to help others understand how you can work on unblocking any or all.

S: Is it possible to see an emotion?

T: You don't see emotions, you feel them. People feel emotions all the time and can put an image to them or not.

S: Well, that's sort of what I am asking. Can I see an image of an emotion... that can happen?

T: Yes, if you feel an emotion, it can give you the sense of what it is. It's like me mentioning a decorated birthday cake. If I don't describe it in detail, you can pick up my emotions about it and put images to it. Your mind may play tricks on you, so you have to, constantly, ask the universe for the truth in what you are receiving from those emotions. Verification is important, too. It may take time, when you're first learning, but it can be done. It's the same with sensing an image of a person. Be careful to ask for and feel the truth in it as I did when I was doing those soul beginning videos and "fine tuning" the looks of a being not from here, for instance. That's when interrogation goes into play. You have to become a detective and keep asking until all feelings of doubt are removed. Hope that makes sense and helps you.

S: Yes, perfect sense!

The Truth Will Set You Free?

I, finally, decided to meditate and ask for guidance over a question that's been bothering me for sometime.

Q: Why do some people say our President lies or is a liar, but can't look at their own party's lies and manipulation? I'm not saying he's perfect but is my intuition off about this?

A: No, it's not off. How would you feel if you were constantly fed lies and then someone comes along and tells the truth? Even half-truths, due to national security, can be disconcerting over any deception one has bought into. People feel they have to belong to something or someone. Sometimes, they have been disappointed, misled, or even abused by those they thought cared about them. It hurt them, but out of some misplaced loyalty, they feel the need to defend or protect those who have done them harm. Including calling out others for what is actually occurring within their home or group. They don't want to believe the person or group they're in isn't good for them... failed them. They become defensive and point fingers outside of themselves or their group. You see, as long as people have fear and hate, it can blind or block their intuition... God's guidance. There are those who want people to be in fear and hate because of it. But God's truth will never stay hidden. One day people wake up to it. Only then can they free themselves. Generally, that comes about when they realize they've been allowing the lies and lying to themselves... when they can look in their mirror and admit it... when they can finally walk away.

Q: Is this a lesson for them?

A: It's a lesson for us all.
