Do You Work For Free?

My friend, Sharon, wrote a note on Facebook (shared below) called: "Why Being An Artist or a Psychic (an art) should NOT be Free." I wanted to share it (with her permission), as well as a video I made years ago about being psychic. Basically, it's what I've learned; what's involved in being a good psychic and why a reasonable fee is necessary.

As far as charging fees, I told her that I agree but I only had one exception. I charge but not for psychic attacks. I have scruples when it comes to that only because I feel if I have a need to charge like a doctor than patients will always be created. I wouldn't want someone to go under psychic attack due to my needs. I may also add, another exception is any direction I may receive from guidance. Meaning, there could be a karmic thing involved. It doesn't happen often, because they know my time has value just as anyone's ... regardless of their talent/gift.

What people are “willing” to pay for art, or one of the arts, like doing readings (a psychic medium) is always surprising.

From the Urban Dictionary: Cheap ass people who refuse to pay for quality and/or experience always end up buying super cheap goods or services below the 'it's too good to be true' mark. Then when said goods break, fall apart, stop working, or they are not happy with the service they were promised, they are genuinely surprised and will bitch to anyone within hearing distance of them that they got 'ripped off'.

Literal meaning: if you buy a cheap product or service, 9 times out of 10 you will be disappointed as it will not live up to your (unrealistic) expectations.

Any training, in any service, takes a long time and is costly in more ways than mere money. Time, effort, patience, and a continuing study is what has to be done to stay relevant and to try to do the best that you can. As an artist, I am expected to work for below minimum wage. As a psychic - those who do this are expected to do this for free, because you know... “it's spiritual work."

Psychics and healers can be susceptible to psychic burnout if they give too much to too many people too often. Psychics and healers are usually givers who care deeply about others, so they want to be of service and assist as many people as possible. The most important thing for psychics and healers to do is to protect their energetic space and maintain proper boundaries to avoid psychic burnout.

The symptoms of spiritual burnout or psychic burnout can include exhaustion, depression, dread before or after working, feelings of unbearable responsibility, feeling overwhelmed, crying for no reason, crying often, being overtired, insomnia, difficulty getting out of bed, restlessness, procrastination, avoidance, constant illness, problems with the heart, difficulty breathing, anxiety and panic attacks, extreme weight loss or weight gain, hair loss, irritability, and a desire to avoid people.

*** Some healers, counselors and psychics can have a tendency to undervalue their work, or give it away for free, especially to friends. This can be very exhausting and can contribute to burnout. In our world of duality, there always has to be an exchange of energy, which is what money is - it is the energy of worth and value given in exchange for the service received. If you don't receive adequate payment for your work, you will ultimately end up paying for it.

Psychic mediums who charge very little and are not supported by a breadwinner or trust fund must work a full-time job to pay their bills. There are not a lot of full-time jobs for psychic mediums, so most have to work at jobs that have nothing to do with helping people using their gifted ability. Therefore, they are not able to help many people with their gift because they are so busy working their full-time job in addition to taking care of their families.

On the other side, the psychic mediums who do offer their gift to the world on a full-time basis must earn enough giving readings to pay all their bills. They too need to pay for rent or a mortgage, health insurance, automobile expenses and insurance, food, clothing, utilities, and so on, just like the rest of us. If they rent office space so that they can have privacy in their home from their work (which they certainly deserve), they have those rent and utility expenses, as well.

Full-time psychic mediums help a lot more people in the course of a week, a month and a year than those who only give readings part-time. Unfortunately for them, even if their reading fee is $200 for a one-hour reading, it's not like they earn $200 per hour for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Most psychic mediums only give two or three readings a day on average, and often not five days per week. While some psychic mediums are able to give more readings, this is the average. And here is why…

For one, it takes a lot of energy to give a reading, so psychic mediums have to balance and protect their energy (their life force). If they expend all their energy serving the public, they both risk getting ill and having no energy left for their children, spouses, parents and friends, which affects their entire life including the quality of their work.

Would I ask you to clean my house for free? Would I ask you to do my legal work for free? Would I ask you to do a painting or any form of art for free? Or even low cost? I - we - are not WalMart. We have bills to pay and a life to support. Just keep that in mind the next time you want a free reading or cheap ass piece of art.

Robots and Psychic Attacks

In January 2016, I blogged about mind power with humans versus androids. It was in regards to people being under psychic attacks and hearing that one source may be robots.

Today, I noticed something I also wrote about it, on social media, back in February 2012, which I thought I'd share too.

For anyone hearing that psychic attacks are from robots, first they would need to know how to manipulate energy using minds or equipment and second they would be going against Isaac Asimov's "Three Laws of Robotics" if programmed with said laws (I, Robot).

1) A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.

2) A robot must obey orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.

3) A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Saying that, one might think a future world could create such a being to go against those laws, however we would also be creating ones that obey them and possibly creating a war of robots and also possibly with humans (Terminator).

And we may wonder where one gets these outrageous thoughts which seed our consciousness. Could Isaac still be planting thoughts in our minds ... from another dimension? Or are we tapping into past or current movie ideas flying around in the universe? Or both?

Could humans still be creating future weapons of mass destruction in this manner? If so, one might ponder that even with all the "warnings" we have received via many forms of media, why humans still do stupid things ... being so intelligent? Hmmmm ...

In addition to what I shared on my social media, I'd like to add that we can only hope all our current robot builders are keeping with Isaac Asimov's "Three Laws of Robotics." After all, science fiction of today can be a reality of tomorrow. Let's also hope we don't allow it to go to our heads with more glory for power and control. We may live to regret it.

Of course, my sister did suggest that this idea of robots psychically attacking humans, could be a subjective idea due to fantasy television that permeates into our subconscious. Things like the popular Dr. Who show, with their Daleks and Cybermen characters, besides what I mentioned above with the I, Robot or Terminator characters.

Then there is the scenario of it only being desensitized, humanoid entities who are lost souls and using mind power to attack others, because of it. Similar to the reasons I mentioned in another blog about it.

However, while fantasizing all these current and futuristic ideas, let's keep the end results of any psychic attacks very real. Regardless of who is doing what to whom, don't forget that if they bleed and die: humanoid. If you pull the plug and they die: robotic. Either way, death could be the end result and, hopefully, that keeps us all humble.

Free Higher Education Scammers?

I'm not for free higher education but I'm for reasonable higher education. The reason is due to people needing to have respect, appreciation and accomplishment.

This is why I feel this way. As I told my children, what I often saw, many times, with parents paying their children's way was those that did not appreciate the value of a dollar that is earned and spent wisely. They did not appreciate the cost of this higher education. They often took advantage of their parents' funds by quitting or not excelling. They often left universities with no jobs available or never used their degrees in the field they were educated in ... if at all.

My "conditions" with my children, to teach them to appreciate the value of hard work and the value of money, was to suggest they live at home, still help around the house, get a part time job to help pay for their tuition/school loans. In this manner, they would have the sense of accomplishment that it takes to keep one's nose to the grindstone. To appreciate the value of their time and efforts, something they wouldn't get by having everything handed to them.

I also feel that there are plenty of jobs in the world that don't need a higher education and still pays well. Neither my husband and I have a university degree but by hard work we climbed the ladder and still had very good incomes. Not huge incomes but enough to pay our bills and then some. He was even able to start his own business without a university degree.

We shouldn't get caught up in the flow that everything takes a university degree to achieve. My oldest daughter's husband has an associate degree in history. He's not a history teacher because he makes more money working in management at a power plant. My husband's son's wife is a manager at Publix and doesn't have a university degree.

I have plenty more similar stories and I'm sure others do to, or this picture wouldn't be around as long as it has. It's a 1902 Puck cartoon illustrating the prospect of too many college degrees.

Thought Projections: Schizophrenia, Split or Multiple Personalities

A friend recently questioned about schizophrenia or split personalities. It made me wonder why science hasn't acknowledged more about the invisible things that can influence our minds. After all, you cannot see thoughts and emotions.

After responding to her question (below), I also remembered another scenario. This would be regarding those who know how to astral project and are possibly, and innocently, influencing our minds due to wanting to connect over a possible current or past life situation. Maybe they're looking for soul mates from long ago and utilizing their minds (or spirit guides) to help in their endeavors. These thought projections are still an invasion of someone's space and can be a very big issue with mind subjection.

For instance, like this blog picture, can you imagine if this was your mind and these were thought or emotional projections coming at you due to who you were today or before this life ... but you were completely unaware of them or thought you were doing it to yourself? Unbelievable? Maybe not.

Question: Can we reincarnate from several spirits?  Wondering about split personalities, "schizophrenia," ect.

Response: Generally split or multiple personalities isn't due to another or several spirits incarnated in the body.

It would be due to each spirit/soul being awake and using its own mind to subject their personality to the mind/brain of the physical, whether or not that "physical" has another spirit incarnated or it's on its own mind (meaning it's physical brain and no incarnation).

These spirits can be doing this to teach someone a lesson. They could be unaware of doing anything and the mind is innocent and just listening to each personality while being a puppet by the directions they give: the devil made me do it or God said scenarios.

Then there are awakened people who understand what's going on around them and utilize the advice from the wise ones as well as admonish the childish ones. Because we will have both. No different then here on earth. When you're a teacher, you'll have students sent to you.

Now, here's the painful fact. You will also have jealous minds who hate you because of what you do. They will send lower life forms to use their minds to attack you. They don't want you teaching because it takes their power away. It's up to the teacher to teach these lost souls to appreciate this gift and become a force around the teacher. 

Now you see why I chose not to use names. It's only feelings that I learned to use. Loving and truthful feelings become wise guidance and misbehaving, hateful and lying are lost souls.

Also, there can be the physical life influence that can create a scenario of schizophrenia due their desire of needing attention and being influenced by movies.

So many scenarios, which is why we always need to ask and never assume.

Epiphany: Religion and Karma

Here's an epiphany about religion and karma, I had recently.

The world is in turmoil over the radical Muslims and their ferocious and barbaric need to convert and take over countries because of what they feel is a decline in morals, etc. However, isn't that exactly what the Pagans, Jewish, and others did in early history, as well as the Christians did in later history? The earlier religions saw a need for reform and compliance. They didn't mind what they did to get it, including genocide of other people and cultures.

Mind Power: Cloud Vaporizing

The first time I read the book Illusions, I didn't catch the cloud vaporizing part at the beginning of his book. It was only after I was taught how to do it, that, some time later, I happened to pick up his book to read it again and the words jumped off the page at me.

How did I not recognize or understand it before? I can only think that I wasn't ready to know it then. It just made me chuckle at the time and now with Internet awareness I see more people have tried cloud-vaporizing or what I call: making clouds disappear with my mind.

Is it Jesus We Need or What He Taught?

Below is a recent conversation I had on my Beauty and Beast True Story video. I responded in order to help someone break through what I feel is antiquated programming.

I hope it helped, because I'm always amazed that people still don't get it. We keep hearing we need Jesus but it is really what he, and others like him, taught that we need. After all, if Jesus said that the "word" is not from him but his Father that sent him, wouldn't it only be logical that our Creator can impart that wisdom on anyone to teach ... before or after Jesus? Think about it.

So, if you comment on my videos, in this manner, be prepared to receive my point of view; which I received through a ton of metaphysical education and by questioning everything. Here is the discussion ... as it was written.

Comment: yall need jesus, just saying cuz all this past life stuff is just another way to keep ur believe out of Jesus, not saying that their anit, but to be sure u need to worry more about ur afterlife.

Response: I asked Jesus about that and he told me to get off our butts and learn to take care of ourselves. He didn't teach his disciples what he knew for nothing. He didn't send them out to teach others for nothing. Get with the program. We've become very lazy and demanding over the last 2000 years. We don't have children just to keep them ignorant. Same thing.

Comment: I'm not saying not to learn about these spiritual stuff but to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and savior.

Response: I don't think you truly understand God's way. He sent many spiritual teachers to help us. Why would He pit one sibling against another or hold one higher than another? He would know that even you could walk in the same footsteps as they. Why would He deny you that? Whenever you hold yourself beneath another, you stop trying to reach that same level. Do you really think a great master such as Jesus would want that for you? No, he wouldn't and neither would God. 

Comment: Jesus is God he is the son of God. and I don't see how I'm putting myself beneath, can u explain cuz I didn't mean to come out like that. I'm very into spiritual stuff and learning about other species, like from other life forms or w.e. I'm open but not a fool to accept any doctrine.

Response: First Jesus isn't God, he says this in the bible that he is not his father. But yes he is the son of God just as you are. It would be no different if your physical father held your sibling in higher esteem then you, for example. I'm sure you wouldn't like it. Well, Jesus must not either or he wouldn't have taught his disciples to be like him and ask them to go out and teach. Think about it. Why would he do that if he wanted followers to him and not his teachings? It's his teachings he wanted people to follow, not him. It's the same way with all good prophets/teachers that came before and after. 

Comment:  um no, Jesus is God,, John chp 1 vs 1..in the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, AND THE WORD WAS GOD...John chp 1 vs 14..and the WORD became flesh and lived among us...u need to get it straight. it's the trinity the father, son, and holy spirit.

Reply:  It might help if you actually read the Bible and what Jesus was purported in saying. I did and have a degree in it. In Matthew 24:36 it states: "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the Son, but the Father only." Here Jesus makes a distinction between what he knows and what the Father knows.

Comment: Jesus is the word of God.. and just because the father knows something that the son doesn't don't mean that he is still not God. u just ignored the scipture that I told u like it didn't even say what it said.. John chp 1 vs 15 John testifies about Jesus, he states that; he (jesus) that is coming ranks ahead of me because he was before me.  and in vs 18 says; no one has ever seen God. it is God the only Son, who is close to the father's heart, who has made him known. read that passage carfully it says that "IT IS GOD THE ONLY SON",,that clerly states that the Son (jesus) is God.. who do u think jesus is?

Reply: Are you looking at what you're writing? Because you're not making sense. What it looks you're saying is God made Jesus and gave him his knowledge and now Jesus is God. Seriously? Would that mean that your father made you, gave you his knowledge and now you are your father?

You are no more your father than Jesus is his physical father Joseph or his spirit father God. Just because Jesus was created in the image of his human father and imparted wisdom from God and other sources, doesn't make Jesus any of them. See? Jesus is Jesus with the wisdom from many sources just as you are you because of the same reason. You are not others who showed you the way. You are you. Jesus is no different.

Even if God incarnated into that body during that period of time, God would become Jesus not the other way around. That's how it works. An incarnated soul becomes the physical being. Look around you. See all these unique people in the world? That's why they're unique, because their past life soul incarnated into a new body and they became the new life.

The new physical body and mind may not know anything about this spirit (soul) within it until it's awakened to it as I was. It's what I teach and what Jesus taught. If you want to know if anything I've said is true, ask God the Father or Jesus the son yourself. I also teach people how to do that too.

As far as the "holy spirit," that is the wisdom that has been imparted to many and not just Jesus. I know this because it was imparted to me and it's what I teach. Check out my other videos to find out yourself. Go ahead. They don't bite - unless you think education is harmful.

Stigmatas?

Back in 2012, I wrote the below information about Padre Pio on my social media page and wanted to share it on my blog.

I saw a video made on YouTube by a psychic that was talking about the miracles and stigmata of Padre Pio and wondered why guidance hadn't informed him of the truth from Padre Pio himself.

I had a conversation with Padre Pio about 20 years ago (before internet). He told me that his wounds were self-inflicted and he did hope that I would understand that he did this to help restore faith in the people. He did seem kind and sincere when we talked.

I guess time and science confirms what we really know in our heart - faith or not - based on the emotions of a person. However we are not allowed to "judge" someone. Does that really mean we are not allowed to know the truth?

Current stigmatas have not been proven by the church, yet science, when allowed, has proven it isn't true (see link). Most do this for fame and glory - as well as money.

When our desires, in wanting to believe things, overcomes common sense, it makes me wonder about this so called "sheeple" attitude they say people have. I can see why they, who are setting this up, like to point fingers and laugh at our gullibility.

God said - the "truth" will set you free - not "fantasy."

Science Fact or Fiction?

I've discovered, over recent years, that I've become seriously suspicious or uncomfortable about some science "facts" that we're inundated with on a near daily basis. Nowadays, so many science ideas are often purported as being fact today but we often learned tomorrow it isn't. Could it only be a fact because of the impatient ego involved? A lack of current science scuples? Who's paying the bill? What's the motive?

Why are we becoming so fast at jumping into things without more data? What happened to being patient until we've had time to really research everything involved? How many times have we jumped through hoops due to unsupported theories playing on our fears? Some have pulled our strings, to make us dance to their tune, because of hastily trying to push a theory into a fact. Only to recount it later or sweep it under the rug while we go on being misled. In my lifetime, I've learned that genuine science needs the time and effort to prove anything and even then there can be flaws.

I also find it disconcerting that the more the science of psychology is developing, the more psychological disorders there are too. It's almost as if one feeds the other until it becomes a cancerous growth running amuck in society. Sad but true. Look back at mental health here in America alone and you can see how it is escalating. More doctors means more patients means more doctors means more patients ... ad infinitum.

It seems we are catering to a particular science that is enabling the weakening of our minds instead of the one that strengthens it by giving us a kick in the pants, telling us to get over it, move on and toughen up. This is the part of science that has me feeling uncomfortable. What would possess anyone to create weak minded people? Is this some curse? It's certainly not of my generation; my parent's or grandparent's either.

I know there are exceptions to any rule but lately it's as if people have to find the slightest flaw in humanity and make it the rule and not the exception. I also find it strange and disappointing that there seems to be too many "science" people going along with it and allowing this insanity. We're all unique individuals and shouldn't be lumped under one category just because it's being called a science fact.

Years ago, I read that if a body felt pain after birth, due to circumcision for instance, it may contribute to autism. Holy cow! That means every infant, that's gone though a tough child birth, maybe afterwards due to drug abuse withdrawal, should be too? Should we take it further by adding that any very young child that's been raped, or had cancer, could develop autistism because of recovering from the pain of it? What about young girls having genital mutilation, are they all subject to being autistic? Would this also equate to the pain of inoculations, against diseases, causing autism and not the vaccine itself? See? We can't handle pain and that makes us mentally ill? Weak? Seriously?

One scientist pointed out something once that really resonated with me. He said: "If it's not 100% it's not fact. As long as it's not, there's a flaw in the theory.

I wanted to add something else that I've noticed. Apparently, when a new science study comes on board, the news media flurries around it and it's everywhere to be seen. Later, when the dust settles, other reports may surface to the contrary. Herein lies a problem I've also noticed over the years, some of those reports get buried and you really need to dig. It depends on who does the rebuttal though. Say if Mayo Clinic comes out with a rebuttal it may be newsworthy. But if a dozen or so worldwide university studies refute it, ego may prevail to bury it as not being newsworthy to the big news media. Especially, if said big news media jumped on the proverbial bandwagon too much and now have issues with looking foolish. This has its major drawbacks because it gives fake news sites carte blanc in reporting crap that people believe because they think they're ligitimate. 

It's a never ending mess until we wise up to these scenarios.

What is True Love?

Valentine's Day will be here in a few days and I thought I'd share something I had, originally, shared on my social media page back in January 2012. It was based on an email request from a young male friend who had asked me about love or what I thought it meant. I wrote him back with the below information of what I felt was the signs of true love based on what I had learned in my life.

1. It's being with someone you feel you care more about than yourself.

2. When you give her the last cookie on the plate. 

3. When you open a door for her even though she can do it herself.

4. When you kiss her goodnight before going to bed, even though you may be upset with her.

5. When you care enough to say I love you, several times a day, and mean it - even when you've been married for 50 years.

6. When she hurts and you want to take it away and you hurt because she doesn't want you to. (She doesn't want you to be hurt either.)

7. When you know your life would feel incomplete without her in it.

8. Knowing you can be angry with her but still love her with all your heart.

9. Giving her a spontaneous gift because it makes you more happy than what she may even feel in receiving it, but that doesn't matter.

10. When you can argue over money, kids or beliefs but never let it become disrespectful with name calling.

Of course, the above should be mutual, no matter what the partnership. A relationship is hard work and it takes both party's constant involvement to make it work. Communication is not only important, it is vital.

The course of true love doesn't run smoothly. Nothing should come between your love for one another. Many things will try to test it: money, family, friends, jobs, especially your egos.

However, if a relationship is constantly one-sided, that's your clue to get counseling or run in the opposite direction. I'm not saying to run at the first bit of adversity, however you should, instinctually, know when you are not "giving" out of mutual love, but feel more like you are being "taken" out of one-sided love.

Believe it or not, there really are more fish in the ocean, but you won't find out if you're constantly kept busy cleaning a dirty fish tank.

Fair or Equal?

Today, I came across something I wrote on social media, on February 9, 2012, about this same subject. I discovered I hadn't shared this on my blog site and wanted to rectify that. Thank you for reading.

So, life's not fair or equal? When has it ever been or ever will be? It's reality - like it or not - it is what it is and has been since the beginning of time. There will always be those that have more or even less then what you do.

If someone takes from you to give to another, when you feel you don't have much to give, you will scream your head off. Just as loudly as those that have more, then you feel you have, and you want some of what they have. Will you give your heart to another when they are dying of heart disease? Most likely not, because you want to still live. You may also add that it is their karma.  But, if the tables were turned you might think differently. Life isn’t fair! Life isn't equal! That’s karma! That’s life!

A young teen, that I know, and who has both parents (divorced) pretty much handing her everything she could want, within their budget, screamed at her mom that her life is "f*****g hell." When I heard that, I thought: really? Ask her to go live in Haiti in a tent and then talk about hell or go live in Syria right now. Now that’s hell! She could be living where women are treated with a lot less respect then they are here. Compared to what she has now, that would be hell.

This is what happens when too many things are allowed and too many people say life isn't fair or equal. What you’re really saying is, it isn’t fair or equal to you. Let's put it in perspective, look around and ask yourself, is my life really hell or do I have more then most? Maybe the whining for more has led up to this. Selfishness and greed is on many levels. Even though we complain about not having everything we want. Who made that law that everyone should have everything they want?

Next time anyone feels that they aren't being treated fairly or equal, take a good look around the world and then count your blessings. Ask yourself, what gives you the right to have what you have when others don’t? Why should your life be any more important then another's? Why should your desires supersede another’s just because it’s not equal or fair? Who are we to decide what is fair or equal? 

Marijuana Lowers Libido?

A few times of being hurt over my youthful gullibilty has helped save me in later years. I developed an instinct to be suspicious of anything sounding too good to be true. This, often, has me searching the universe for answers when I hear of quick cures for whatever ails us. As they say: if it's too good to be true, it normally is.

Today, I came across a website stating certain foods could curb the libido. Now, you would have to understand that my biggest complaint, when communicating with the universe, is the extreme high amounts of hormonal activity in our youth, which can carry over into adulthood with some. Meaning, it doesn't slow down in order to bring about balance. Yet, it seems it's more out of control today than ever. More rapes reported. More violent crimes. What can be done? Yes, I am aware that "more" can be attributed to a much larger population, but that doesn't answer my prayer for help in this area. What can be done?

However, maybe my prayers are being answered. We do say that the universe works in mysterious ways. Maybe this push for legalization has a deeper meaning, because that website listed Marijuana as one of the libido lowering items. Now, that got my attention! I'm not a proponent of marijuana, but I do wish for more research on medical cannabis, because, to date, I'm not feeling the same as some who feel it's a cure all for everything. Maybe it's not even for this. But, if I felt it really could help, I'd be asking to have it in a lot of thing we eat or drink. Who'd want to wage war, or anything, then? Right? ;)

Yes, I thought this was very, very interesting. But than the skeptic in me starting researching more and I found another website that gave me more insight. It's results are a mixed emotions based on the results of several studies.

I soon discovered Dr Marcola's site and he lists several drugs that can lower one's libido. He states that: "Medical marijuana is legal in 20 states, where it is commonly used to treat pain, nausea, and other conditions. It may dampen your libido and ability to perform in men."

Hmmm. It looks like it's something to consider. I also read where men can get moobs because of it. Be careful. Of course, the effect may depend on each individual. That would make sense too. Oh well universe, I guess it's back to the drawing board. ;)
