ANGER

We all get angry, occasionally, we're only human. Anger, not to be confused with passion or drive, can occur when triggered with feelings of being threatened, frustrated, powerless, and, as Yoda told us, even fear. However, learning to channel anger into a positive direction can be a better strategy, because anger only begets more of the same.

One of the best ways to conquer anger is through education. Educated people tend to use a mediator, or court system, to fight their battles - whenever possible - leaving no body scars and, hopefully, less stress. If we don't like the outcome, we have the option of taking it to a higher court, or develop the attitude of better luck next time. Besides, knowledgeable people shouldn't have to fight (unless it's in self-defense of themselves or loved ones), because they know how to reason and compromise. 

But, we need to be reasoning with reasonable people for that to work. We have all types of people on this planet and not all are aware about self control, or better ways of communicating, no matter where they live. They are in that life-force that thinks the only way to win a battle is arm to arm combat - so to speak - butting heads like rams, etc. They are, generally, people who want to blow things up or have someone else do it for them. That's their ability to reason. 

As a final point, when we become more metaphysically aware, we learn that being in constant anger and hate may only hurt us more than our perceived enemy. Because, we will be sick and die due to the stress we have allowed to our bodies and minds. Remember, knowledge is power too, not just brute force. But, if force is necessary, may the force be with you. 😉
