Strange Dream with Message

I had a strange dream this morning.

I was with a group of people and everything looked like it was fine, on the surface, but I kept having this feeling like something wasn't right ... something just wasn't adding up.

It was as if everyone was on a vacation. All these people were getting into a bus as if they were going on a big trip somewhere and everything was positive looking on the surface; even the bus driver was happily talking to everyone.

I still kept having these nagging feelings like something just wasn't right and had strong feelings to stay in the building and not get on the bus; which is what I did.

Sometime later, I started walking around this building and I just happen to look through this window into a large room. I suddenly realized that I was looking at these same people, that had just left on this "tour bus." Then mayhem began and I started watching them being incinerated - running around in fear and screaming but not able to leave the room.

I went running back to the other side of the building where there were a few people still sitting around waiting for their turn to get on the bus.

I started yelling: come on, come on; we have to go, we have to get out of here ... and told them what I had seen, but they just kept sitting there.

Finally, I just said - I'm out here - and I left. I put a sweat shirt on even though I knew it was hot outside, as if instinct made me feel I had to do it for later.

I woke up at that point and later this morning I decided to discussed the dream since it kept lingering ... which normally meant I needed to understand it more.

This is what I heard: "It's the way the world is. You send messengers to help and their inner awareness and/or guidance impedes the message. They sit around waiting for a savior and when one is sent, they walk away because they don't fit their description of one."

Considering I have had a few experiences of delivering messages with, surprisingly, negative results, it does make me wonder why "guidance" would interfere with it; much less "inner awareness" too.

Could it be a lack of trust in me, even after all this time of proving my worth, or "someone" just doesn't want interference in their direction or guidance? Or could it be a true lack of awareness on both parties involved?

It made me think of a child playing on a railroad track and a parent, knowing a train is coming, just lets her/him play there. Then someone yells for the child to get off the track and the parent tells the child not to listen while glaring at the messenger. At the same time, the child looks toward the parent and listens while possibly still sensing danger. Who does one believe?

Yes, egos are on many levels of awareness. We all learn what we can, when we can, from whom we can.

I felt that I was being told that we can only do what is being allowed ... allowed by the receiver/s ... and I should relinquish any feelings of guilt or remorse in messages not being received well. It's their karma.

The Need for Self-Healing

This morning, while meditating, I asked the wisdom of the universe to answer a question about the medical field in regards to handling the workload they have. I feel I was guided to see this to help me understand something.

What I saw shocked me!

The energy was a dark charcoal grey and the emotions within it was so full of sorrow and suffering, it took me by surprise. Very, very tired energy. I truly wasn't expecting this.

The cry I heard was: we are overwhelmed with our work load.

The ones who seemed to be surviving the stress had literally shut down on feeling by desensitizing themselves, which can be good and bad.

It reminded me of what Spock said, in the new Star Trek movie: I shut down my feelings, that doesn't mean I don't care.

I know the medical field cares but many are shutting down on their feelings to protect themselves. This concerns me due to, possibly, creating apathy.

After seeing this, this morning, I now believe that self healing is the prayers being answered by God/Universe because of the demands on the medical field with our ever increasing, and sometimes overwhelming, population.

This was what I was meant to understand: No one should ever be made to feel guilty by doing all they can to help themselves; within reason.

This means to be fully aware and not treating the medical field as if they have all the answers all the time. Working together benefits everyone. No one and nothing is perfect, but we can do what we can to become so during all our trials and errors.

Never assume everything stays the same. Let God/Universe guide you on the path of each situation for your highest and healthiest good; whether that be to a particular doctor, a clinic, a healer or yourself.

Besides meditating, for answers and healing, I like to be around nature ... when it's in its "calm" state. ;)

GMO and Common Sense

The reason I decided to write this blog was due to the constant nagging feelings coming off the universe when I first started hearing about GMO (genetically modified organism), as if to say: hold on, don't be too hasty in your judgment. Yet, other areas kept pulling me away from this subject to hinder my investigate into it further.

However, lately I've become concerned by the controlling GMO fear-mongers. Should we still be running around in fear or trying to listen to sound advice with legitimate data? I'm reminded of the quote: "where's the beef?" Meaning ... where's the proof?

Then, recently, someone made this GMO  comment (below) which was sent to me by a friend of a friend. I thought it was a powerful, no-nonsense, common sense statement of facts. So much so, that I wanted to share it and yell hallelujah! It was made in retaliation to a comment made by his friend who was professing she could taste GMO in the foods she was eating because she was psychic (no comment - that's an entirely different blog). Anyway, this was an answer she got and as close to what I've been hearing off the universe for weeks.
______

"You know that GMO and bioengineered are one and the same right? While we've been eating bioengineered foods since the beginning of time, GMO is the latest iteration of that trend. Organic doesn't mean healthy, organic doesn't mean safe, organic doesn't mean non GMO, organic doesn't mean pesticide free, organic doesn't mean toxic free. It's a sticker that what you're buying is from a known source ... Maybe! You can't taste, smell, feel or see GMO or bioengineered foods, because in some sense ALL food is modified. Soil, weather, air quality, seeds, the pollen on the breeze, solar radiation, meteorite dust, fumes from factories far away in China - they all play a part in what you eat. Eat diverse foods from a variety of sources in moderation, eat both local and global, and remember that stress kills more people than food. So chill!"
_____

In my research, I discovered a website that appears to be trying to get to the heart of the matter with facts not fiction. "Slightly tangentially, but worth calling out, in the comments on the MomsAcrossAmerica blog, the author of the entry makes the claim that “animals will NOT eat GMO corn even in the dead of winter.” Again if true, this would be rather remarkable information. But it looks to be one of those random Internet rumors “proved” by YouTube videos and the like. I will admit I cannot find any specific study proving that animals will eat GMO, but my hunch is that it’s because… they do. Its simply never come up as something to study. Feeding GMO to animals is part of the safety testing for GMO produce in the first place."

http://skeptoid.com/blog/2013/05/03/mercolawatchsupposed-report-comparing-gmo-and-non-gmo-corn/

Another website states at the end of their article: “Too often in the GM-food debate, generalizations and extremism lead to sterile public and political discourse that obscures key issues: what sorts of GM crops might bring true benefits to agriculture and consumers; how to avoid monopolization of farming choices; and what types of sustainable agriculture we want in the future,” Nature editors said last September. “Polarized debates, not GMOs, are the poison to be avoided.”

http://www.ibtimes.com/gmo-health-risks-what-scientific-evidence-says-1161099

Also, am I one of the seemingly few who ever wonders who's really controlling who and why? So many people don't do their own research and just perpetuate the things they hear ... even if it true or not. This makes me think of the phrase: don't drink the Kool-Aid. Doesn't anyone just sit quietly anymore and ask for the wisdom of the universe to guide them, or are they just pushed along by the dust storm of fervor?

Sure, I have been guilty of doing the same. Not as far as drinking the Kool-Aid but innocently perpetuating falsities. This is why I know how easily one can be hoodwinked or caught up into a storm of our own making. Possibly why I have a thing for trust ... or not trusting to be more exact.

I'm not a biology major but I do know, based on a lifetime of observation, that nature genetically modifies organic things naturally all the time; man is part of nature and has done so as well. A species can mate with another species and behold ... a new species ... possibly. We can splice two organic substances together and behold ... a new organic substance ... possibly. Many things of nature have been modified since the beginning of time. How did we become who we are today? We've been genetically modified (evolution) and will continue to do so due to our ever changing environment ... unless someone can modify that too.

I have seen things like this done many times in my life. I ate a lemon-orange fruit from a grafted lemon and orange tree that was good for cooking but too sour to eat. Good and bad in everything. It didn't kill me just because it was modified. I keep thinking of all the things I did growing up and wonder why I am still here. Compared to today's standards, this shouldn't be the case. But as my doctor told my mom when I was a child: please let her get dirty and acclimatize to her environment. It was his way of telling her that it would help with building up my immunities. It taught me not to fear my environment but to be aware of what I can and cannot do. Kind of like: what doesn't kill me makes me stronger.

Anyway, I realize that man modifying nature has been done for many reasons, but I never felt any of it was due to having a need to intentionally harm or kill people by wicked intent. Not everything is done for greed, but a need for survival can push some beyond what is acceptable to others' standards. Our paranoia can be laughable at times ... if it wasn't reminding the ones in the know of history repeating itself.

Yes, a need to be able to supply enough food to the multitude can have it's consequences, just like over population can. Control one area and it might take care of the other. Simple arithmetic.

As far as "organic food," as long as it is grown in the soil, food will pick up what is in the ground, water and air from our predecessors ... including arsenic (which I did a blog on already - Agendas: Fear Mongering Bullies), among other things, from fertilizers and pesticides ... used to control the ever invading pests wanting to attack them and make them unhealthy for us to eat.

When was the last time anyone bit into an apple and saw a worm? I did when I was twenty and I don't want to experience it again.

Why do we have laws to pick up our dog's feces? Because it got into our water supply and tainted it ... not counting it's a mess when stepped in. Once again our common sense failed so laws were needed to prove how we can get in the way of ourselves.

Common sense that should be screaming ... where's the hard core scientific proof that GMO is unhealthy for human consumption?

After all, I am aware that every day things can create changes in our environment that we may not be aware of; like the dog feces, until someone in a lab tells us so, or a major epidemic occurs. We tend to slide through life until someone steps in to show us the err of our ways, yet is it? What is the real motive behind anyone's truth that is fed to us by the media? Is it motivated by another's hate or greed? How do we know unless it's thoroughly investigated by many scientific sources.

Yes, science can be imperfect too and can have its good and bad. We want to be able to trust our sources because we are all doing our best to survive. However, with every new change given to us, in the name of improvement, should everyone be so ready to condemn another's research just because they, or their ideas, don't fit in our thimble of expectations ... without at least allowing the tried and true methods of said research to speak for itself. All that can take time, and in order to alleviate the paranoia while waiting, just remember that every living species on this planet has been a guinea pig to change ... with or without our permission.

As an additional FYI, Michael Moss, author of "Salt, Sugar, Fat," said on a recent CNN interview, "the fact is, there are no studies, as yet, linking GMO to health problems."

There should be many independent studies before we start telling people to be paranoid. Independent doesn't mean FDA, before anyone point fingers. We should also invest time and studies in real problems going on today.

For instance, we are currently having issues with bacteria that is killing our orange crops. Will we just allow nature to let it happen, or prevent it, even if it takes some form of GMO to stop it and to see if some form of GMO started it. Nature is modifying oranges and man should just let them go extinct? Hopefully not! Well, unless whatever it takes will kill fauna and flora in the process. Time will tell if the orange crop will become extinct or not.

Here's an article about it, I'm sure there is more if anyone wants to research it..

"Incurable bacteria a worse threat than cold to citrus groves. Citrus greening has destroyed groves in the U.S., Brazil, Asia and Africa. Detected in Florida in 2005, it leaves fruit sour, malformed and unusable. Eventually, it kills the tree."

http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/money/industries/food/2011-01-19-citrus-bacteria_N.htm

To continue, this GMO subject has gone from a small storm and turning into hurricane proportion without any, or limited, scientific data. It may even destroy what wasn't meant to be destroyed due to paranoia and hate. History will repeat itself if we don't get our thoughts under control, or ... does something really bad have to occur again to do it? Does burning witches at a stake ring a bell? Does the Spanish Inquisition ring a bell? Does nailing an innocent man to a cross ... ? Well, you get the picture. What side are we really fighting for and why?

Yes, there are those who are working on solutions to serious problems for our world, there are bound to be mistakes made ... we're only human. I'm not concerned about them; only the ones that may be trying to make a name for themselves and are yelling the loudest ... off with their heads! Because it could be mine, or yours, just for trying to do something that we feel is right ... not just for ourselves but for the ever increasing multitude.

I will also go on record as saying that I do have a problem with any monopoly, as companies like Monsanto has been accused of; I believe a certain amount of healthy competition is vital for growth and can keep those grandiose egos in check. Yet, the other side of the coin is the back stabbing and belittling in the climb for recognition. The unhealthy part of competition that can be harmful due to sabotaging of facts that could be saving lives ... while they're fighting amongst themselves ... or with us.

Makes me wonder if the real enemy is them ... or us?

In the meantime, while we are fighting over things that we feel are important to us, we could be inadvertently involved in a cover up of a truth that could save our life ... a loved one's life ... a civilization's life. Are we working together for the good of all or appeasing another's ego to bust a competitor down? To remove an obstacle in their path by a smoke screen of enormous proportion that we are swept up in, which kick our butts later when the real truth is uncovered.

Oh ... think not?

One thing I've learned in life is that as soon as we believe one thing that science or the media presents to the public, it can be like the weather ... wait long enough and it will change. I cannot tell you how many times that I've seen this, too. Today it's bad for us but tomorrow it's not and maybe the next day it will be bad again.

We can chose to be aware and do the best we can to survive life, but living in a paranoid fear based world is not the reality I wish to live in, because I've also learned that we are not meant to live forever in these bodies and ... as the saying goes ... if the right one don't get you the left one will. If that's the case, I might as well chose to be happy then miserable.

Maybe that's why some people choose to be hermits, so they don't have to listen to all the negativity of the world and can rely on intuition and instincts instead. What's our intuition and instinct saying? What's God/Universal Truth saying? Or ... are we being blinded by the storm of emotions?

Atheism? Another God Creation?

A few years ago, I heard someone say that Atheism was also created by God. It made me think: Hmmm, it's something to consider. Is it that difficult to believe?

Nothing like a little mental stimulation to get those brain juices flowing. Let's think about it. Maybe it was created to take the heat off of all those demands on God's soul? To free this being from an abundance of requests. After all, there is a major increase in population on this planet from five thousand years ago. A major increase that's ever increasing. Those demands must be immense today.

So, in this regards, the creation of Atheism was possibly God's best friend. A chance for God to take a vacation break and let the adult children (us) pick up the slack. It would be similar to our parents asking us to look after things while they take a vacation. Why not?

As far as atheists denying a Creator exists, I'm reminded of a Hindu quote that goes something like this: One must believe in an existence of a Creator before one can deny it's existence. Would that be similar to saying: One must believe another planet exist before one can say it doesn't? Or any similar scenarios?

I, personally, believe in a Creator, but my spiritual journey helped to awaken the need to be "god-like" within myself. To do all I can to be a support on earth, in any direction I feel pulled to, and let the Creator take care of "heaven" or wherever this being chooses to reside. Maybe that means I've grown up.

However, the main thing that I've come to learn is that we should never expect one being, no matter who it is, to do all the work. That's why God has angels (dark or light) and we have family and friends (good or bad). Maybe that's the hidden message from our Creator when it comes to Atheism. To be aware and care for others no matter what faith we believe in and to help one another when we feel called to do so.

This leads to another theory that I have which is about God's power. I believe the reason we have all these horrible things happening on earth is because God said, I quit! You might think: No, God wouldn't do that! Really? It's that or we're in charge and failing miserably.

Again, it's just my theory, but look around and ask yourself why wouldn't God? After all, how many times does the same thing need to be repeated to us - over and over and over and over and over? See? It would make sense to develop Atheism to help in this endeavor. At least, it makes sense to me. Seems to me that Our Creator is pretty darn smart - even if others take the credit. Could it be tough love time?

I hope this also causes you to think: Hmmm, it's something to consider. However, it's okay if you don't. I don't think God needs our approval.

The Enemy of My Enemy ...

I heard this line in the Star Trek movie today. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend."

I use to think how glad I was to not have enemies, because I never thought I had enemies growing up. I was always trying to be kind to people - why would I have enemies?

Silly me!

Then, one day, I realized that we all may step on toes now and then. I also discovered that there are those "hidden enemies" (someone out there just doesn't like me).

Because of my psychic attacks, I also learned that by utilizing the enemy of my enemy, I can turn the tables. See who is attacking and ask yourself - who is the enemy to this being that is attacking me and project an image of that into their mind?

Okay, yes, it didn't take overnight to learn this - it took me many years.

Using their enemies helps to thwart their behavior and release their hold on however they are attacking - albeit sometimes temporary - but it beats projecting to them and just yelling to back off. Of course, that does work too.

I learned that we humans are not the top of the food chain. How pompous of us to think this? Walk in any predator's area and see what I mean. This works in the "mind realm" too.

I learned that an animal's mind (mind power) can be used against people. All they have to do is be subjected to in a dream state, within our energy, and they will just do what comes naturally. This is not just animals but any and all life on this planet and elsewhere ... even human minds in an astral projection can be used to do harm to another.

The ones we have to be concerned about the most is those human minds that I call lost souls - as well as any mind of so called intelligence - that can be set up to attack another. The questions to ask is: entity, why are you around me; what do want; what can I do to have you go away on your own, so force doesn't have to be employed?

Communication is the most useful in stopping an attack. Good choices can be made my them as well - if they are intelligent enough to communicate. Most beings are - even the enemy of my enemy.

An alternative is what Abraham Lincoln said: "I destroy my enemy when I make them my friend."

I have done this often too, however they have to allow it as well. I feel if "they" are going to send someone to me to hurt me and I can turn the tables and make a friend out of an enemy - well, woe is them that does this and good for me. All's fair in love and war.

Boastful Bragging?

Recently, I've been seeing some Facebook posts that would constitute exaggerated bragging about their psychic abilities (saying things in a boastful manner), yet the emotional energy they are emitting constitutes a covering over of a hurt ... from my empathic perspective ... then the truth of what is being stated.

Kind of like a child stating that - my dad is bigger then your dad. Is he really and does it matter?

I'm reminded of a quote from my dad when I see those comments. "Who are you trying to convince - me or you?"

If you think someone is pumping up their own self importance, think about that quote and ask yourself ... are they trying to convince me or themselves?

Do they have anything to back up what they say? Because, if they are the only one doing the bragging, that could be a clue to run, not walk, in the opposite direction.

You might as well, because if you do decide to call them out on it, and their self worth is false, they will delete and block you. They may say you are projecting your emotional state onto them without realizing that they could be undermining their own growth with their own programming.

If their self worth is solid, they won't mind a challenge and be open to a discussion ... as long as the discussion is between two adults being respectful. Even I will have my limits and that's one of them: Say what you will but don't be disrespectful. The minute someone does that to me ... in my mind, that is a battle already lost. Yes, a good debate can be like a friendly battle.

This message is a wake up call for everyone. More and more people are being awakened to their emphatic abilities. Keep in mind that they will know who your boasting is trying to convince. Before you put your thoughts out to the public, this is something else my dad also told us: don't bite off more then you can chew.

Are you really trying to convince me ... or yourself?

Think about it.

Birthday at Chincoteague and Assateague Islands - With A Few Pictures

Chincoteague and Assateague Islands - Birthday and Mother's Day Trip

Sixty-five years ago today, my mom and dad were living in Chincoteague, Virginia. I was born and lived there until around two years of age, after another sibling was born. This was the place that was made famous by the story called, "Misty of Chincoteague."

My Dad was in the Navy and had been station at Wallops Island Naval Air Station across the bridge from Chincoteague.  I believe I was actually born on the base because there was no hospital on the island ... still isn't one there today.

Mom said we lived on Main Street but my dad said he couldn't recognize where the house was anymore; when he went there to visit a few years ago. Things had changed so much. I still don't know the address and I don't recall him remembering it either.

Anyway, as a special birthday present, and since Mother's Day was the day before this year, my hubby agreed to a visit there for my birthday. I had only been back twice since living there, once for a July week in the mid 80's with my sister who was born there too; it was for their annual pony swim. The other time was a little over ten years ago just for an overnight stay in late December, with my husband, after visiting my youngest daughter in Maryland. I felt I was due for another visit, so why not for such a special occasion?

Also because my husband needed to see it when it was more lively. December is like a ghost town compared to the summer, however May is only slightly better then December, because as I said, it gets busy more in the summer months when the weather is warmer for swimming.

Even though it was chilly and breezy for the middle of May, we've enjoyed our couple of days stay. We toured around the entire island several times (it's fairly small) and made a few trips over the bridge toward the Atlantic Ocean to visit Assateague Island National Seashore. I have a Senior National Park Pass, so it was free to enter as often as we wished; one of the perks of being a senior. ;)

Yes, I found out, as my dad did, a lot of things have changed over the years. I discovered during this visit that they moved the bridge coming onto Chincoteague Island a couple of years ago. It now comes into Maddox Blvd., which is further down from the Roxy Theater; where it has been near long before I was born. I was a little disappointed but I understood their reason for doing it this way.

The main thing was that I got to see the ponies and other wildlife on both islands. It was too cold to swim but a walk on the beach was invigorating. Another downside was that the lighthouse was closed for repairs and I couldn't take any nature walks due to the many mosquitoes, however the upside was that the servers at the local restaurants and shops, some that were born and raised in Chincoteague, had more time to chit chat.

I know this isn't my normal type of blog but I hope you like the change of pace. I've taken tons of pictures which makes it difficult to decide what to share, yet I hope you enjoy the ones I did. :)

Meditation Healing Ethics - Email Response

Every now and then, I receive an email that I feel the response to it should be shared with others. Below is one of these responses, and I am thankful to the contributor for sending the question to me.

In summary, the question was: You talked about (video) having one of your students doing an exercise meditation healing? Do you ever wonder what you're teaching may be doing unquestionable tactics and practices?

My response:

No, I am not concerned, as I believe in people doing everything they can to take care of themselves by using standard and alternative medicine and procedures. I believe in all systems working together for a healthy outcome and to remove "ego" in order to do it. In other words, what's really best for the patient and not just the doctor.

I have a great respect for the medical field. In fact, I have contributed to it quite a lot in my journey during this life by seeking medical attention whenever I needed it, which appears quite a lot from my many doctor visits of many ailments. This is what brought it to my attention that they are only human and can, and have, make mistakes.

My mother would tell me, as a child, to listen to my body as it is telling me what I need. However as I grew up, I stopped listening and gave over to what I thought was a higher power ... doctors. In doing so, I would sit in a doctor's office and have, at times, serious doubt in what I was hearing, but felt they knew best. I've learned that this isn't always the case. In some cases, I wonder if I would still be here if I had listened instead of doing what I deeply felt that I needed to do ... just a gut feeling I have at times.

Of course, not everyone has that internal wisdom, which is all part of evolving. I don't ever guide anyone to do anything I say without that wisdom. Some I would say to meditate while others I may say to seek out a physician. I use each person's energy, as it should be, when guiding them with what advice they need. This can lead to no two advices being the same, because no two people are the same.

The medical field will create miracles by treating each person as an individual instead of the normal routine of - well, it worked for him so it should work for her. We have become too complacent with dishing out pills as a cure all for everything which is why it works but may still have flaws. The true way of healing is body, mind and soul. The "experts" keep forgetting that last part.

This leads us, in our current awareness, to understand that when a kingdom no longer serves its subjects, it will fall in order for a better kingdom to form. This is why we have so much current controversy in the medical field. We don't want to be misled anymore and we want to be served with facts not fantasy. We don't want to go from popping pharmaceutical drugs to popping tons of vitamins daily either. We are demanding overall wellness and that won't happen until science acknowledge the unseen soul or unseen sources and stops serving only the seen sources.

So when I suggest meditation to help in someone's healing, it is those unseen sources that need to be addressed. Until science starts doing that, it is up to everyone to be more proactive in their health. This means taking full control of your health, by working with the medical field and not against one another. If you find a doctor who cannot comply with this, keep looking ... as they are out there. There are many that still care and not routinely doing things for a paycheck.

------

This picture shows how far back, and possibly even further, meditation practices have been employed for many things including healing.

Picture: Medicine Buddha with Lapis Blue skin. This color was used a lot on many historical "holy" figures, not just on the skin, and was, among other things, considered healing.

I beseech you, Blessed Medicine Guru,
Whose sky-colored, holy body of lapis lazuli
Signifies omniscient wisdom and compassion
As vast as limitless space,
Please grant me your blessings.

Truth - Facts - Reality - Fantasy

I was recently involved in a discourse about truth and how there are those whose realities are "their truth" but the facts still remain as unproven, based on what they profess as truth as opposed to scientific validation.

It was also stated that "no one needs to prove their truth" even though they spout off their truth as being believable regardless of how anyone with a touch of wisdom or common sense would feel about it. I cannot believe any science field would accept that level of understanding much less a court of law. Facts still need to add up scientifically and logically.

To not allow for viable belief, one would expect ridicule and disbelief. Been there myself and know how it feels. I decided to not whine and rebel but use my energy to prove my worth the best I could ... putting my money where my mouth is.

To continue, I was challenged
due to those that choose to live in their realities even when suggesting their truth may be manipulated and they are being led along due to their limited awareness as well as mind programming. Some resented my point.

Of course they would, it would be paramount to finally telling a child there is no Santa but only the essence of the season. Some children may rebel and refuse to believe this. Thank goodness my mother told my sister and I together. My sister was only interested in still getting presents and once this was confirmed we both transitioned with ease. ;)

Anyway, below was my final comment to my challenge of people having their realities, which is their truth, and basically, I should respect their truths. Truths that were based on mental fantasies not actual fact.

After all, how do I know what's truth?

Right? How do I know? How would they know what I know if they don't know me and what I do? How pompous of someone to think they know me when they don't? Or, in some cases, do they really care? Probably not, but they will still want to assume which places them on an inferior level to another who does know.

Q: Why do people still do these asinine things today? A: Limited awareness.

Deep breathe! I tell myself to be patient as I too have walked and talked the gullibility path.

So, I decided to share some of my training there, as I do here, and hope it helps. If it is a repeated training, already shared abd read on my blog, then please bare with me; some things are worth repeating.

________start

The difference between truth and non-truths is the same as light and dark. Seeing is believing as well as feeling the truth of what's going on around people - guidance or not.

We all generally have a truth meter within us to call out another. It's what keeps us from falling victim to gullibility.

When I see darkness around someone, I know they are under a dark influence. When I see light aground someone, I know their energy is clear and not manipulated as in the dark energy.

We all have our personal experiences but within those personal experiences we also know when we lie to another, even when we say with our mouth that we aren't. Manipulating energy does the same. As the saying goes ... man speaks with forked tongue. This means you are saying with your mouth what your heart doesn't truly feel.

An empath, regardless of guides, if they are good at what they do, can sense those energies, and those energies, that are manipulating another, resent interference. So much so, that they attack anyone who interferes in their desire to manipulate, because of their fear of someone discovering what they are doing or why.

Personally, I could care less on who does what to who's ego but the truth will always be in the universe/book of truth/book of wisdom/Akashic Records/ or any name you want to call it. You can run away from it but it will still be there and one day you will face it whether you want to or not.

When someone covers their body with tattoos that is their personal choice, or reality, but not mine. If my body is not covered with tattoos but someone says I am, yet thousands say I'm not and universal truth says I'm not, then what truth would you believe?

You can beat "realities" into the ground but not truth. Why? Because your truth, even when deceptive, will come off of your energy, like the beacon on a lighthouse, and scream back at you ... as well as others who will see you for what you are, and not what you think you are, no matter how much that deceptive energy "enables" your truth or reality. For instance: "It's ok honey, I love you, don't listen to those bad people, they don't love you like I do." Get it. They love weak or hurt minds - it's like a magnet to a predator.

Empaths knows this. Empathy teaches us this. The flow of lies or truth is there in the universe. Anyone can get their panties in a bunch over it but it's not going to change a thing. It's still there to look at when the mask of delusion is lifted.

Someone could tell me right now that everything I experienced is an illusion. My comment would be ... So!

Why would I say this? Because I don't live in the past anymore then I live in delusion. God gave us five other senses to ground us and I'm quite happy having them to do so.

It goes without question, to most who know this, that what you ask to the universe will be what you get back. You have to be impeccable with your questioning. Like a computer program: GIGO (garbage in-garbage out).

________end

As far as those who deliberately distort the truth, it goes without saying that the majority of the world may have told a white lie, for self preservation, sometime or another in their lives. I choose to ignore these to a certain point, unless it builds into continual deception whereas I may choose to call foul. As we all should ... their "truth" or not. After all, it is our world too, not just theirs.

I also choose to see people for their actions and not just their words, however their collective energy is what the universe uses to fingerprint everyone. I use that too. It will be evident if someone is on their own energy or if someone is messing with another's mind. Why? Because their emotions are in the universe too.

Furthermore, there are times were our memory may be tested in remembering truth. This can be a blocked or distorted memory that could be deliberate or not. Similar to - "jeez, I can see her face but can't remember her name!" Is it from a mental deficit of one's own doing or from another? I've seen both.

Yes, I have seen this distortion of truth or mental blocks being deliberately "astrally projected" to a being to set someone up; it's been done to me many times to prove it's validity. This may be done out of hate of the person who is receiving this distorted message or blocked thought ... or someone else is being used to do it. Just as a bully may do; by sending someone to do their dirty work.

Some say they do it to teach us ... To make us more aware. Hmmm ... not my type of teacher.

Also, there are times where we can have innocent spirit attachments that can cause issues too; like departed pets. They get into our energy and learn from us. In doing so, they believe what you believe and can overwhelm your truth which is still not the truth, but it is what you taught them. Sensing doubt? Check your energy for the reason. After all, you programmed them.

That's why one must always ask impeccable questions and don't assume anything when channeling truth off the universe. You never know what you will find. The energy around you may be only projecting your feelings back at you.

Sometimes, loudly so! We may voice these astrally projected thoughts, especially if it's a power thought that comes into our minds with force. However, those are the strange thoughts that we may counter with things similar to: "I didn't mean that!" ... or ... "where in the world did that come from?" ... or ... "what possessed me to say that?"

Understand? it's similar to when you're angry and start to call someone brat but something else comes out instead. Yet, you're too angry in that moment to care. It's happened to me more than a few times. I've seen it happen to others.

It's a truth, a reality to those that experience it, it isn't always factually proven, but is it a fantasy?

Yet, to me, knowing what I know, it's a power thought of garbage in - garbage out, but it's done to make a fool out of another so someone can feel more superior. It's an ego trip from someone who may have gotten busted and now angry that someone may be interfering in their game of deception; their mind games affecting your "reality." They know their truth isn't the truth but they don't care. Their intent is to make you look like a fool. Personally, I feel they are doing a good job of it because, after all, we keep allowing it ... or some do.

Some, like me, keep teaching to the wind and hoping the wind will change and you'll understand where those feelings if doubt are coming from and why.

Keep in mind that feelings of doubt or challenges to your truth should be your reason to question further. Don't go it alone, talk with family and friends who may further open that door of wisdom. I bounce things off of people all the time, because they could present a question or answer to help remove my doubt, help remove any programming of mental garbage, or help stop rumors that can also be detrimental to mine or another's well-being. To help me think outside my box. Debates can be mentally stimulating.

I know that all this valuable information, in searching for truth, may take time, because the emotional energy could get stirred up in any interrogation of facts. It's similar to what we have during a dust storm. Dust starts flying and we cannot see anything. We may have to wait until the dust settles to determine what happened. Ask anyone who has to investigate criminal intent, they know how daunting it can be; weeding through evidence in order to get to the truth.

When all questions are asked and answers given, and you still want to stay on your path, then so be it. Just remember to not whine when you get adversity in return, because you made your decision, just as they did. All whining shows me is that you may still feel unsure of your decision ... you are associating yourself as a victim ... or by the grace of the universe that someone may still be trying to tell you something. As in, your truth may be your truth but it's not the complete truth.

How do you know the difference? Talk to a well established and credible empathic psychic. However, please be careful in your choice, as I've seen many that are into their fantasies too. This is generally due to their culture upbringing. As in any matter of education, they are only as good as their awareness and their teachers. Question everything, even your teachers. If they are good at what they do, they will give you answers including having you answer them yourself.

In summary, I am not referring to dreams or wishes, as these dreams today are possibly our tomorrow's realities. I'm talking about someone's reality that is not factual based on collective reality or universal truth. You can push those reality buttons all you want but anyone with common sense will know what I'm taking about. Where's the facts?

If you really believe your truth is The Truth and no one else does, then, as I mentioned earlier: put your money where your mouth is. I know I sure did ... many times. Investigate, gather facts not hearsay, and present your data in an intelligent adult manner and not "because I said so!" If you want adults to listen, you have to be one.

I had a truth, it was my reality. It was a fantasy to others until I taught them to do what I know how to do. It is now their reality based on scientific steps for proof of this reality. Facts that begin to add up. That's what proves one's truth; not just saying it's my truth but proving it.

I make free videos to teach because it was more important for me to prove this reality then to become rich and powerful and lord it over people.

That was and still is my truth. I live in this reality that was once a fantasy because I took the time to share my worth in order to prove it through scientific facts.

The Subtle Ripple

I'm sure, by now, most have heard this quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson: "It is one of the most beautiful compensations of this life that you cannot sincerely try to help another without helping yourself."

If not, then surely this saying resonates: For whatever a man sows he will also reap.

Helping another can reap rewards.Yet, most people cannot deal with another's life's crisis while trying to resolve their own inner turmoil. That is understood and acceptable. We all have to decide what battles to fight.

However, I wonder, if they help resolve another's situation, even if they have to use others to do so ... pushing past their own limits ... that they could possibly solve their own issues?

After all, aren't people crossing our paths in order to learn from them as they are to learn from us? To see things within them to help guide us? To reinforce or rearrange our truths within?

Many life's situations are presented for self analysis.

So maybe we should consider that when one "runs away" from another they could be psychologically running away from themselves. Something they may feel within they cannot look at or deal with due to inner sorrow or pain ... or fear.

This is not us leaving them, or allowing another to leave our path, with love.

Of course, there is that proverbial brick wall which is why we should utilize all help available and even then the wall may not budge. At least we tried; if that is the reason for crossing paths.

Each situation presents a course of action to participate or not. No one can give what they don't have to give and could inadvertently block another from helping if our "ego" bites off more then we can chew.

Yes, there are those feelings of such evil intent that all our senses say run the other way fast. That is self preservation and not the point being made. We cannot help another if we aren't around anymore. Those "animal instinct" feelings are guiding us to help ourselves in order to not be brought down.

This blog is about helping another as in paying it forward. You help someone and they get stronger to help another; even if you don't know this is being done. Then another person is helped and on and on.

It doesn't mean just financial help; help can be in lending a hand or a moment of your time.

Then, one day, a person comes into your life who helps you resolve an issue that you felt was insurmountable. You are grateful. However, what you may not have realized was this person was able to help you because some time ago, you set the wheel in motion by helping another.

You dropped that pebble in the pond to ripple out setting a flow of kindness and understanding, by putting your troubles aside. Hopefully, when the ripple hits the shoreline it reverses to come back at you and your help has arrived ... as long as that ripple isn't being blocked.

This is why situations are resolved ... yet some take time. It depends on how far the ripple has to go in order to return and what ego may be blocking it. It is still cause and effect, albeit not as fast as we may want. Don't give up, eventually blocks do get released.

Also, many times when one helps another, they take their mind off their troubles ... this is instant karma. The ripple is subtle but still there. A feel good situation that could even cause one to reflect on what was ailing them as something that wasn't as bad as they originally thought.

You just helped someone and in doing so you were also helped ... by yourself.

Ripples can be subtle as well as amazing and beautiful.
