I know it's difficult to have a positive mental attitude, especially with those that feel they live in a swamp with alligators constantly nipping at their rump.
However, any journey out of the swamp takes your decision to make the first step toward dry land.
Sure, there may be extenuating circumstances, but you must keep moving in the direction you want.
Most importantly, don’t sit in the muck looking for an invisible hand to pull you out, because it may never happen.
